Archaic Arcane has taken measures to protect your data. All communications with shop.archaicarcane.com are protected with SHA256 encryption. On our part, we use strong passwords for administrative logins and regular password changes with strong complex 128bit passwords. Regular monitoring of security and error messages from the shop and security software lets us keep track of successful and unsuccessful logins that will quickly identify security issues like breach attempts and react. Up to date software to prevent exploitable vulnerabilities and a strong firewall software protects the site in general. All staff at Archaic Arcane are well trained with regards to web security and safe handling of personal data. We respect your data as if it were our own. Additionally, no financial information is held on this site – this further protects you from any unforeseen issues that could ever arise with this site from ever impacting you financially.
In the event that a breach were discovered, we would notify you immediately to inform you (using information supplied when you created your account) of what information was lost, how it may impact you and best practices for dealing with such an event.
